#### 📌 **Guidance for UCPH Researchers**

* **Personal Data**: Use only platforms with a **Data Processor Agreement (DPA)**:
  * ✅ UCloud
  * ✅ Computerome 2.0
  * ✅ S-Drive
  * ✅ SIF
* **Sensitive Data** (confidential, personal):
  * Do **not** use Dropbox, OneDrive (for sensitive), or standard shared drives.
  * Prefer **S-Drive**, **SIF**, or **Computerome**.
* **Project Evaluation & Archiving**:\
  Use **ERDA** or **DATA DOI** for long-term archiving of **non-sensitive data**. Consider if future sharing, reproducibility, and transparency are goals.
* **Free DeiC HPC Access**:\
  Apply via [DeiC](https://www.deic.dk/en/HPC/Apply) for intensive projects or via [UCPH Serviceportal](https://serviceportal.ku.dk/) for smaller needs.
