UCPH Research Data Management
π Guidance for UCPH Researchers
Personal Data: Use only platforms with a Data Processor Agreement (DPA):
β UCloud
β Computerome 2.0
β S-Drive
β SIF
Sensitive Data (confidential, personal):
Do not use Dropbox, OneDrive (for sensitive), or standard shared drives.
Prefer S-Drive, SIF, or Computerome.
Project Evaluation & Archiving: Use ERDA or DATA DOI for long-term archiving of non-sensitive data. Consider if future sharing, reproducibility, and transparency are goals.
Free DeiC HPC Access: Apply via DeiC for intensive projects or via UCPH Serviceportal for smaller needs.
